Document Management
Enterprise documents have no home, no governance and no audit trail. DDMS fixes all three.
Esii DDMS brings all your enterprise documents into a single, access-controlled storage infrastructure like NAS drive, AWS S3 buckets, Microsoft Azure Blob, and Windows file server. Every file is governed, every access is logged and every share carries an expiry. Your compliance team will not have to ask twice.

Documents are your most used asset. Also your least governed one.
Files shared over email, stored on personal drives and accessed without any record. DDMS brings order without disrupting how teams work.
Critical documents live across email threads, personal OneDrive folders, shared drives and USB sticks. Version control is a manual exercise that no one follows.
A sensitive contract is shared externally. No one knows who forwarded it, who opened it or when. Compliance and legal teams have no evidence chain.
Teams that collaborate need to share documents. But sharing without governance, expiry controls & access logs creates a permanent security exposure.
Secure storage. Governed access.
DDMS uses Azure Blob Storage as its backbone. Your documents stay in your Azure tenant. TLS encryption in transit. Azure-managed encryption at rest.
1. Upload and organise
Administrators configure connections to your on-premise NAS, AWS S3 buckets or Azure Blob containers. Your files remain in their current location.
2. Role-based access assigned
Azure AD identity governs who sees what. Permissions are granular, down to individual document level. Users only access files they own or are authorised for.
3. Collaborate securely
Teams collaborate with real-time updates and notifications. Office documents are handled via a secure proxy service. No file is exposed directly.
4. Share with time-limited links
External sharing uses time-limited SAS tokens. Links expire. Access is revoked. Every access event is logged in the audit trail.
Use Cases
Where DDMS delivers immediate governance value.
DDMS is deployed across legal, finance, HR, procurement and operations functions.

Contract repository with access controls and audit history
All contracts stored in DDMS with version history, access logs and expiry-controlled sharing links. Compliance teams have a complete audit trail on demand.

Sensitive financial documents with role-gated access
Board reports, financial statements and audit files accessible only to authorised roles. Every access event logged. External auditor access granted via time-limited links.

Employee records with department-level governance
HR documents segregated by department. Employee files visible only to HR administrators and the employee themselves. Delegation controls for HRBP access.

SOPs and process documents
Standard operating procedures, quality manuals and process guidelines are maintained in DDMS with access configured by department and role. When an SOP is updated, the previous version is preserved in history.
Built for the document realities of large enterprises
DDMS is not a file-sharing tool. It is a governed document infrastructure.
Granular RBAC ensures every user sees only what their role permits. Delegated permissions for department admins without IT involvement.
Every file activity is logged. Upload, view, download, share and delete. Full chain of custody for compliance and legal review.
Shared links expire automatically. Temporary SAS tokens ensure external parties cannot access files beyond the granted window.
Group collaboration tools with instant update notifications. Teams work on the same document base without version conflicts.
Supports both cloud (Azure Blob) and on-premises storage. Organisations with data residency requirements get full compliance without re-architecting.
Integrated file previews without downloading. Office documents handled via secure proxy. Search across metadata, tags and document content.
Built on your existing Azure and Microsoft infrastructure.
DDMS requires no new storage infrastructure if you are already on Azure.
